Second Tier LC-MS/MS Kit for Confirmation of Congenital Adrenal Hyperplasia from Dried Blood Spots LC-MS/MS Kit for Confirmation of Congenital Adrenal Hyperplasia from Dried Blood Spots
Congenital adrenal hyperplasia (CAH) refers to a group of autosomal recessive disorders that impair steroid biosynthesis and are associated with abnormal cortisol production. In around 95% of all cases this disease is caused by a deficiency in 21-hyxdroxylase. This enzyme converts 17-Hydroxyprogesterone in few biosynthetic steps into Aldosterone and Cortisol. As a consequence, CAH results in the inability to produce the above mentioned mineral and glucocorticoid which leads to insufficiency of the adrenal glands and to an overproduction of steroid hormone precursors.
- Includes all clinically relevant parameters for CAH steroid profiling:
- Androstenedione
- Cortisol
- 11-Deoxycortisol
- 21-Deoxycortisol
- 17-Hydroxyprogesterone & 21-Hydroxyprogesterone
- Sample preparation from 1 DBS disc in less than 45 min
- Simple sample preparation protocol for reaction tubes or 96-well plates available
- Isotopically labelled internal standards for all analytes
- Proven 8-Level DBS calibrators and 3-Level DBS controls prepared according to CLSI
- Clear and reliable 10 min-chromatographic separation including isobaric compounds
- Suitable for most mid- and high-sensitive LC-MS/MS instruments
- All components separately available
Trivitron manufactures point of care diagnostic kits for cardiac infection detection of Cardiac and Gastroenterology. This point of care testing involves the performance of a test in the immediate vicinity to a patient to provide rapid results outside the conventional laboratory environment. There are three different aspects to POCT testing; Diagnosis, Monitoring and Screening. However, POCTs can never be the replacement for conventional lab tests but can be a supplement to it.
Labsystems Diagnostic's Biocard™ C.pneumoniae IgM is a rapid test for the detection of IgM antibodies againstChlamydophila pneumoniae (Chlamydia pneumoniae ) from serum, fingertip blood or intravenous blood sampleBiocard™ C.pneumoniae IgM, 10 tests Cat. 3-034-000
Labsystems Diagnostics Biocard M.pneumoniae IgM is a rapid test for the detection of IgM antibodies against Mycoplasma pneumoniae from serum fingertip blood or intravenous blood sample.
Biocard™ Rotastick Test is a sensitive and rapid stick test for the detection of rotavirus from faecal samples.
In the current scenario, fully automated instruments in medical laboratories across the world use the immunoassay principle with an enzyme as the reporter label for routine measurements of innumerable analytes in patient samples. Designed to be very sensitive, this Enzyme Immunoassay (EIA) is used to detect the presence of a substance, usually an antigen, in a liquid sample or wet
BORDETELLA PERTUSSIS EIA TESTS
Labsystems Diagnostics’ Bordetella pertussis PT IgG EIA as well as Bordetella pertussis IgG, IgA and IgM EIA tests are solid-phase enzyme immunoassays for the detection of IgG, IgA and IgM antibodies to Bordetella pertussis in human serum or plasma.Bordetella pertussis PT IgG EIA (pertussis toxin antigen), 96 wells.
CHLAMYDIA PNEUMONIAE EIA TESTS
Highly specific antigens and quality monitoring guarantee accurate results Convenient tests suitable for different automatic systems and manual testing.
Labsystems Diagnostics Chlamydia trachomatis IgG and IgA EIA tests are solid phase enzyme immunoassays for the detection of IgG and IgA antibodies to Chlamydia trachomatis in human serum or plasma. Antibody tests are useful especially for the diagnosis of prolonged and complicated infections where no bacterial antigen is detectable.
MYCOPLASMA PNEUMONIAE EIA TESTS
Labsystems Diagnostics’ Mycoplasma pneumoniae IgG, IgA and IgM EIA tests are solid-phase enzyme immunoassays for the detection of IgG, IgA and IgM antibodies, respectively, to Mycoplasma pneumoniae in human serum or plasma.Mycoplasma pneumoniae IgG EIA, 96 wells.
Molecular diagnostic tests detect specific sequences in DNA or RNA that may or may not be associated with disease. These tests play a key role in infectious diseases, oncology, pharmacogenomics, genetic disease screening, human leukocyte antigen typing and coagulation. Following diagnosis, molecular testing can help guide appropriate therapy by identifying specific therapeutic targets. Trivitron offers a unique list of kits and assays for diagnosing and monitoring various diseases.
