The TOYOPEARL AF-rProtein A-650F resin, in its standard form, has the ability to bind human and mouse immunoglobulin G (IgG), IgM, and Fab fragments. It offers a static IgG binding capacity of over 45 g/L and a typical dynamic IgG binding capacity of over 30 g/L at a residence time of 2 minutes (with a protein load of 1 g/L). Its fast mass transfer kinetics allow for high binding capacities even at high flow rates.

Moreover, the TOYOPEARL AF-rProtein A-650F resin exhibits stability in various substances, including ethanol, 6 mol/L urea, 6 mol/L guanidinium chloride, and 1% phosphoric acid. Even when subjected to heating for 30 minutes at temperatures of up to 90 °C, the resin's static binding capacity remains unaffected.
